Deadline for changing preferences
Universities: Posted 30-12-07 Deadline - No Deadline
The deadline is midnight on Friday 4th January for Main Round offers so please make sure you adjust your preferences if you wish - depending on your UAI. Also, the UAI cut-offs for courses in 2008 may be different to those needed in 2007 that appear in your UAC book. This week is the time to seek advice - either from universities or from me. Best of luck. And Happy New Year.

Changing uni preference deadlines
School Matters: Posted 21-12-07 Deadline - No Deadline
For QTAC, the deadline is 2nd January and for UAC the deadline is 4th January. You can do this based on the 2007 UAIs in your UAC book but remember that UAI cut-offs may rise or fall depending on supply and demand. Your final preference should be the course with the lowest UAI that actually gets your "foot in the door" at university. Please contact me if you have a dilemma or if you don't get an offer in mid-January. I will check my emails regularly and will have some resources avaialable to help you.
