The accommodation and meals will be supplied by BAE Systems. The accommodation will be motel style single rooms with private facilities. Meals will be self service buffet style in the BAE cafeteria. These are superb facilities and we will also have the use of their lecture rooms. Activities will be fully supervised by the Rotarians of the Rotary Club of Tamworth West, and supervisors will be resident in the accommodation facilities. The Expo is a residential activity. Expo Fee is $120 per student. Closing date is 15 May 2015 and available positions will be allocated on a “first come first filled” basis. I have Application Forms for interested students.
