Open day is a fantastic opportunity for prospective students to get a feel for the university lifestyle as well as ask any specific questions of University staff. I have received this for Year 12 students that are seeking a career or education pathway in sport: We have collaborated with Sydney TAFE Institute in order to produce and contextualise a ‘Football’ course of study within the framework of a nationally accredited qualification - Diploma of Sports Development, SIS50612, augmented and subsequently supported with further industry specific credentials and access to a full time high performance football training system. The diploma has been designed in consultation with industry experts and Sydney TAFE to meet the demands of modern day football and its associated career opportunities. The program merges sports science, coaching methodology, high performance training systems, professional development, mentoring by current professional players & management, marketing, events and the business of sport studies. UTS Bachelor of Accounting Co-Op Scholarship

Almost all other scholarships are due in Terms 3 or 4.The closing date for Round 1 applications is almost here – Friday, 6 June 2014. The application process has been streamlined this year and that they will need to apply online before 6 June via the following link (Click on "Application", and follow the instructions). Please note applicants to the UTS BAcc course will need to ask their High School to provide them with a supporting letter which they will submit with their online application before the closing date.
